Dear Doctor of Chiropractic on the verge of burning out

If you're like my clients, you are a chiropractor because you are passionate about getting people well with chiropractic adjustments. You were likely enthusiastic when you first entered into

practice, determined to change the world one spine at a time. However, ever so slowly and insidiously, the process of running a business, managing staff, dealing with the business of

healthcare AND taking care of patients has led you to feeling unenthusiastic about your practice.

Perhaps you take a seminar or two and feel your enthusiasm return but end up feeling tired again in just a few days.

Perhaps you hear yourself advising your patients to eat well, exercise and take some quality time for themselves and realize that you are not doing this yourself.

Perhaps you are eating well and exercising and just don't feel well.

Whatever it is, the years have you feeling run down, burned out and exhausted.

It seems no matter what you do - regular adjustments, the latest supplements, and even visits to other healthcare professionals aren't working.

You feel tired and as if there is just not enough time in the day all the while you are working more and more.

And now you're wondering if those stories of chiropractors practicing 25, 30 and even 40 years are true.

Fortunately there is good news. There is a way to regain your energy, your health and subsequently your zest for life and for practice.
