There are specific supplements that help with upper respiratory symptoms.
BRONCHITIS or upper respiratory
If you have bronchitis or deep, frequent cough that is productive or have colored mucous use the products Broncafect and Andrographis Complex together. Take 2 tablets of Broncafect and 2 tablets of Andrographis Complex 3 times per day.
You can use the same products for any upper respiratory infection or if you are not infected (no colored mucous) use FenGre. Take 3 capsules with a full glass of water 3 times per day.
Finally if you have an infection that you think may require an antibiotic you can use Goldenseal. Take 1 tablet 3 times per day.
