Around this time of the year children in America get dressed up and excited for Halloween celebrations. Unfortunately, many of the snacks and treats we give to children tend to be extremely unhealthy. This Halloween you can switch things up a bit by making healthy yet fun Halloween themed treats for children.

Getting kids to eat their fruits and veggies is always a tough task! Especially during Halloween when they are surrounded by high sugar candy. I would suggest getting creative and making the snacks FUN and also have your little one assist you in making them!
